We also use Pinecone, a machine learning platform, to improve our search and answer matching algorithm. Pinecone's privacy policy can be found at https://www.pinecone.io/privacy-policy/. Finally, we use OpenAI for language processing and natural language understanding, and their privacy policy can be found at https://beta.openai.com/privacy-policy/.

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
